Scientist / Industrial Postdoc in Protein Analytics and High Throughput Purification

Responsibilities:
Analytical, biochemical, and biophysical method development for the characterization of antibodies using state-of-the-art techniques, including liquid chromatography, Mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF, LC-MS and LC-MS/MS), ELISA, solution-phase binding assays ( e.g. HTRF), CE, Gel electrophoresis, BIAcore, Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Static and Dynamic Light Scattering, etc. In addition, the candidate is expected to support high throughput purification using automated liquid handling systems.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.

Scientist / Industrial Postdoc in the Life Sciences

Responsibilities:
Support the development of a novel antibody discovery, maturation and production platform including:

-

creating novel yeast surface presentation systems

-

implementing novel discovery strategies for human antibodies in yeast

-

enhancing the performance of antibody expression in yeast

-

protein analysis and high throughput purification

Qualifications:
Adimab's hiring process focuses on the quality of individual contributors and their ability to integrate into a highly motivated and fast paced team of scientists. We are currently hiring PhD level scientists with domain expertise in Molecular or Cell Biology, Yeast Genetics, Protein Engineering, Fermentation Science and LC- and ELISA-based Protein Analysis.

Research Associate

Responsibilities:
Position responsibilities may include PCR, DNA/RNA purification, gene cloning and plasmid construction, yeast transformation and screening, flow cytometry, small scale expression in microtiter plates, microbial fermentation in bioreactors, protein purification (FPLC-affinity chromatography, FPLC-ion exchange chromatography, FPLC-hydrophobic interaction chromatography) and protein analysis (e.g. SEC-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, MALDI-TOF, ELISA). Additional duties will include recording and documenting the experiments using electronic lab notebooks. You will have direct and constant interactions with all scientists at the company.

Qualifications:
A B.S. / B.E. or M.S. / M.E. in Life Sciences or Bioengineering is preferred.
