Adimab’s antibody discovery platform also incorporates an integrated antibody optimization approach.  Antibodies with known functional properties can be enhanced for higher affinities, increased cross-species binding, and better expression levels.  While Adimab utilizes multiple optimization methods, some antibody clones have been affinity matured over 1000x by a single method in less than 4 weeks.
