DNA2.0 is the largest gene synthesis provider
in the US, and a pioneer of several novel
applications for synthetic genes including
protein engineering, codon optimization and
RNAi resistant genes.
As part
of Adimab’s ongoing effort to efficiently
integrate all aspects of therapeutic antibody
discovery, the company has entered into a
strategic relationship with DNA2.0.
Adimab is working closely with DNA2.0 to
optimize all aspects of antibody library
design, antibody maturation and antibody
presentation. In addition, we are systematically
optimizing the expression of antibody frameworks
in yeast to improve the production and formulation
of therapeutic antibodies. Our relationship
with DNA2.0 allows us to apply Adimab’s computational
biology capabilities to the interpretation
of large-scale antibody library screens and
rapidly integrate them into the Adimab discovery,
maturation and bio-manufacturing platform.
